I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease when I was in my 20's and suffered with pain off and on since then. I worked in the corporate world for about 20 years and had pain in my lower back - I sat a lot so getting up from sitting was very painful. I left the corporate world and went to school and became a professional dog trainer, which meant that I stood on concrete for about 12 hours a day, six days per week. And I did that for over 30 years. My feet and ankles took a terrible toll and I was in pain with every step I took. Also, sometime in there I broke both my heels and did not go to the doctor for about a year.

Then five years ago, I was hit head on by a drunk driver, both of us going over 60 miles an hour on a two lane road. I had some extensive back injuries and pain from that. I went to see my chiropractor every week for over two years. But I was still in pain.

Enter March of 2020, when I was introduced to doTerra Essential Oils. I started taking their supplements and using doTerra's oils. I was very consistent with my doTerra pain and inflammation protocols, as well as taking the LifeLong Vitality (LLV) pack daily. Slowly my pain started to diminish as my body healed. In just over a year, I could say that I was pain free. And am pain free still.

Being in pain is exhausting, stressful, emotionally draining and no fun. I honestly can say that I feel better now that I have in over 40 years. I am blessed in so many ways. And doTerra Essential Oils is one of my many blessings.
